ParadoxEdge was co-founded in 2011 by Kent Frazier, Steve Benson, and Reggie Marra who met while completing the Integral Coaching Certification Program with Integral Coaching Canada.

We guide and develop leaders, teams, and organizations at the edge of Human + Digital Transformation.

Frazier, Benson, and Marra continue to grow with and through ParadoxEdge, working with both individuals and organizational coaching clients that include AWS, Petco, American Express, DaVita, BioMed Realty, Envoy, PGA, Sapient, LRW, BestSelf, ATB Financial, Longplay, Fellow.app, the U.
