Our Co-Founders

Kent H. Frazier, ParadoxEdge co-founder and CEO, invites you into sacred space to explore beyond the edges of what you currently believe to be possible with your career and life.

Kent is a solo-dad-co-parent of two spirited young kiddos and a former HR Executive now serving as the Co-Founder and CEO of ParadoxEdge, an executive coaching and consulting practice creating more Fully Human leaders and workplaces at The Edge of Human + Digital Transformation.

For over three decades, Kent has been enmeshed in the “conversations and practices of work” - entrepreneurship, selling, recruiting, coaching, developing, and guiding leaders and teams through the messy middle of getting hard things done. He offers a deliberately developmental, practical way of building trust, getting to the heart of the matter, harnessing creative tensions, maximizing collaboration, and supporting you in achieving your desired results in high-stakes scenarios.

Kent has a BA in Biology / Psychology from the University of Delaware and is a Certified Integral Master Coach, Certified Strengthscope Practitioner, and Certified Leadership Agility 360 Practitioner. His work is informed by Integral Theory, Vertical Development, Theory U, Inner Development Goals, Immunity to Change, Enneagram, Human Design, Gene Keys, Art, Music, Poetry, Athletics, and over 20 years of meditation, therapy, yoga, and Buddhist practice.

He is the author of the children’s book, Love Fiercely: The Way of The Wood Dragon (2024).

Reggie Marra, ParadoxEdge co-founder and Chief Curriculum Officer, joins Kent in inviting you into this sacred space. Reggie is the father of a 35-year-old visual artist and is a former high school basketball coach and teacher, college administrator, and teaching poet.

For almost five decades he has been designing practices—for basketball players, for writers, and for coaching clients—with the intention of helping them move from how they are to how they would like to be.

His developmental approach to teaching and coaching is grounded in inquiry—asking questions that matter; story—recognizing and revising the narratives we have and that have us; and intentional practice—doing what has to be done along the journey of being and becoming.

Reggie has a BS in Marketing from St. John’s University and an MA in English from Iona College (now University). He is a Certified Integral Master Coach, a Certified Strengthscope Practitioner, a Certified Leadership Agility 360 Practitioner, and holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the International Coach Federation (ICF). His work is informed by Integral Theory and Practice, Soulcraft, Immunity to Change, Enneagram, Voice Dialogue, Poetry, Athletics, and over 30 years of meditation.

He is the author of four books of poetry and four of nonfiction—most recently, Healing America’s Narratives (2022) and Enough With the Talking Points (2020).
